Luxury takes time. Complete home interior design projects (without construction) typically take 12 months. New construction or extensive renovation projects general last from 9 months to two years.

We specialize in crafting custom designs for entire homes. As a small firm, we must be selective with our projects in order to deliver the quality we are known for. We typically take on 6 projects annually with budgets for construction and furnishings ranging from $200,000 to $3 million.

On average, design fees are 15-18% of overall construction costs.

We work closely with architects and contractors on most new builds and renovations. When we collaborate, our relative strengths produce superior designs and finished projects. We prefer to get involved at the earliest phases of a project.
